Alea is looking for an innovative and experienced Creative Director to lead the design team and drive the company’s visual strategy across all channels. This role is pivotal in shaping Alea's brand identity and ensuring its seamless implementation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing creative assets for marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and event setups, including the design of booths and stands for conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of Alea’s brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and alignment across all departments and external communications.
- Creative Strategy: Lead the visual and communications strategy for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives, ensuring Alea’s voice and identity remain distinctive.
- Event & Stand Design: Take charge of the creative design for event booths and stands, working closely with external contractors, Event Manager and event teams to ensure impactful and brand-aligned presence at conferences globally.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Guide the team through creative challenges and encourage high-quality output.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with other departments (Marketing, Product, Sales) to ensure creative alignment in all campaigns, product design, and brand touchpoints.
- Creative Production: Oversee the development of all creative materials and ensuring timely delivery for various channels
- Brand Implementation: Ensure that the Alea brand is correctly and consistently applied across all creative outputs, including product design, corporate communications, and event displays.
- LinkedIn & Social Media Oversight: Ensure the consistent implementation of Alea’s brand across all social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Develop and manage visual content, ensuring that all posts align with Alea’s brand identity and positioning.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to create engaging and visually consistent content for campaigns, product launches, and corporate announcements.
- Brand Governance: Implement processes to maintain strong brand control across all digital channels, ensuring that all creative assets adhere to Alea’s visual guidelines.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating fresh, cutting-edge ideas into Alea’s creative processes and helping to set new standards for the iGaming industry.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a managerial creative role, with 10+ years of experience in creative positions within B2B environments.
- Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of graphic design, content production, and copywriting. Must be comfortable leading all aspects of creative development from concept to execution.
- Tools Expertise: Full stack of Adobe creative suite, AI tools (Runway or Luma) 3D softwares knowledge is a big plus.
- Event Design: Proven experience in designing booths and stands for conferences, with an understanding of how to create engaging and impactful brand experiences at events.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and develop a creative team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture while managing multiple projects.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas to both internal and external stakeholders

- B2B SaaS/Tech Experience: Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company is a significant advantage.
