Operations Intern
The Games Assistant Intern will be a key player in supporting the Games team by managing game-related activities and ensuring smooth communication with gaming providers. As part of the Alea team, you will help coordinate game releases, manage information related to games, and work closely with other departments to support ongoing projects. You will play an active role in the gaming experience for clients and work directly with the Games Manager to achieve project objectives.
This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, an interest in the gaming industry, and a positive attitude. You will gain valuable experience in the online gaming sector, working alongside a talented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Game Release Coordination: Coordinate, create, and schedule game releases for clients to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Information Management: Maintain and update all relevant information regarding the games, ensuring everything is organized and accessible for internal teams.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Test new games to identify and report any issues or bugs, ensuring the highest quality gaming experience for users.

Provider Management: Assist in creating and integrating new game providers into Alea’s platform portfolio, working closely with external partners.

Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., TAM, CS, AM, Design, engineering) to provide game-related support and meet internal requests.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as a point of contact between the Games team and other internal stakeholders, distributing necessary information and materials as needed. Report regularly to the Games Manager regarding project progress, potential issues, and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- A motivated and responsible individual with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative spirit.
- The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Patient and open-minded, with a willingness to embrace new ideas.
