About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will involve managing resources, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvements to project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

      Project Planning & Execution:

• Define the scope, objectives, and success criteria of projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, key deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the correct implementation of cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Partnerships and Account Management.
  
  
  Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the main point of coordination between departments, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Identify key stakeholders for each project and establish structured reporting and feedback loops.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all teams are informed, aligned, and accountable.
  
  Milestone Definition & Progress Tracking
• Define key milestones and track progress against them.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, proactively addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Analyze project resource requirements and collaborate with department leads to ensure proper allocation.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
  
  Performance & Process Optimization
• Monitor project performance, gathering data to evaluate efficiency and impact.
• Identify areas for improvement in project execution and implement best practices.
• Work closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations on optimizing cross-functional processes.
  
  
  Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps

Required qualifications:

Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments, in technology or SaaS sectors.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Background in SaaS or technology-driven industries is a plus
  
  Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master certification, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
  
  
  Skills:
• Proficiency in agile project management, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project progress, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless cooperation.
• Ability to identify areas for process optimization and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
