About the role

The Activation Specialist oversees and manages the activation of software for our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. You will act as a liaison between our clients and game providers, handling the activation procedures with precision and professionalism. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Activation

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end activation process for software applications for our clients.

• Ensure all software activations are completed within established timelines and meet the required standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the activation process, escalating to relevant teams as necessary.

• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their software activations, ensuring transparency and managing any concerns proactively.

• Work closely with the Integration Manager and other team members to streamline activation processes.

• Adapt quickly to any changes in activation procedures, client requirements, or internal workflows.

• Document and maintain detailed records of activation processes, client interactions, and any issues encountered.

• Ensure all activations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using Jira at a user level.

• Basic understanding of software and technical concepts (engineering degree not required).

Communication Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Any other languages are a big plus

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional and courteous communication.

Organizational Skills:

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple activation projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and orderliness.

Personal Attributes:

• Hard-working and dedicated with a strong work ethic.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing rules and procedures.
