Digital Marketing Manager
About the role
Alea is looking for a data-driven and highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital growth engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be the architect behind Alea’s paid and organic digital presence, managing everything from high-stakes ad spend to the strategic performance of our web assets.
This is a "full-stack" digital role where creativity meets mathematics. You won’t just be launching ads; you will be optimizing the entire user journey. Whether it’s scaling our presence on LinkedIn, driving listeners to our "Under Pressure" podcast, or building high-converting landing pages from scratch, you will be the primary driver of Alea’s lead generation and brand authority in the iGaming space.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Management:
Multi-Channel Ad Ownership: End-to-end management of Google Ads (Search/Display), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. You will handle budgeting, targeting, and creative testing.
Paid Social Growth: Execute targeted campaigns to increase follower counts and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Media Management & Collaborations: Manage relationships with 3rd party media partners and publishers to ensure Alea’s brand is visible in the right places at the right time.
Campaign Strategy & Content Distribution:
Lead Generation: Design and execute digital campaigns specifically designed to increase the volume and quality of inbound leads.
Podcast Promotion: Own the digital push for the "Under Pressure" podcast, using innovative ad formats to grow the listener base.
Newsletters & Email: Oversee the digital delivery of Alea’s newsletters, ensuring high deliverability, open rates, and click-throughs.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Web Mastery:
Website Performance: Monitor and optimize Alea’s corporate website to ensure it serves as a high-performing conversion tool.
Landing Page Creation: Build and test ad-hoc landing pages tailored to specific campaigns to maximize ROI and lower CPA.
Analytics & Reporting: Own the major metrics—CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, and CVR. You will provide clear, actionable reports that guide future marketing spend.
Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally within iGaming, B2B SaaS, or Fintech.
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Advertising.
Analytical Rigor: A natural comfort with numbers; you don't just see data, you see the story it tells about our ROI.
Toolbox: Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow). Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is essential.
GDPR awareness: Understanding privacy and consent policy, and doing digital marketing in a compliant way.
Language: Exceptional professional English and Spanish (written and spoken). Other languages are a strong plus.
Agility: The ability to pivot quickly based on real-time campaign data and industry shifts.
Nice-to-Have:
iGaming Background: Previous experience navigating the specific compliance and regulatory nuances of advertising within the iGaming or gambling industry.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of how paid search and organic search work together to dominate the SERP (Search Engine Results Page).
Automation Savvy: Experience using automation tools (like Zapier or Monday workflows) to streamline lead management from ads to CRM.
Video Distribution: A track record of successfully growing a podcast or YouTube channel via paid and organic distribution strategies.
GDPR compliant Digital & Web Lead Generation activities: Execute data-driven marketing strategies across acquisition and lifecycle channels, ensuring all campaigns, tracking technologies, and customer data usage comply with GDPR, consent management best practices, and responsible industry standards.
