Awards & Recognition: Lead the drafting and management of award applications, crafting persuasive narratives that highlight Alea’s achievements to secure wins.
Industry News & Trends: Act as an internal journalist, monitor iGaming trends and competitor activity to proactively suggest and create timely, relevant content that keeps Alea ahead of the curve.
Content Management: create and maintain a repository of content accessible for concerning roles within Alea who can leverage existing materials in their customer facing activities and company’s presentations. In doing so, driving content investment efficiencies and enabling one-voice.
Content Syndication: identify opportunities for republishing content in order to amplify reach and generate traffic back to the source (ie. Alea’s website)
Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
Tone of Voice Guardian: Ensure all written communication (internal and external) strictly adheres to Alea’s brand guidelines, maintaining a professional yet innovative tone.

Collaboration & Support:
Internal Communications: Support the People team with internal newsletters and announcements to ensure company culture and updates are communicated effectively to employees.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Sales team to create compelling case studies, whitepapers, and pitch deck narratives that help convert leads.
Event Support: Create supporting content for major industry fairs (brochures, booth messaging, handouts) to ensure a cohesive message during events.
Cross-team synergies and collaboration: streamline content delivery that can be leveraged by the other functions of the marketing team (PR and Comms, Digital Marketing, Events & Branding & Design), and create ad-hoc content for these other functions.
