About the role
The Partnership Executive plays a critical role within the Partnership Department, focusing on the coordination and management of game providers and maintaining strong relationships with partners (portfolio). You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and acquiring new game providers, ensuring that they align with Alea’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
Provider Acquisition & Deal-Making
Identify and evaluate new game providers not yet part of Alea's portfolio, assessing their commercial value and growth potential.
Lead end-to-end negotiations with prospective providers, securing favorable commercial terms and contract conditions.
Prioritize providers based on business opportunity, contract complexity, and integration timelines.
Portfolio & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for Alea's existing provider portfolio, building long-term, collaborative relationships.
Own the end-to-end status of the provider portfolio: contract progress, market availability, integration readiness, and go-live coordination across operators.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date provider records (commercial terms, market restrictions, licensing requirements, key contacts) and internal process documentation.
Commercial Performance & Growth
Monitor provider performance on an ongoing basis, identifying growth opportunities and resolving underperformance issues.
Proactively renegotiate rates to improve margins and strengthen Alea's competitive offering.
Validate provider invoicing against agreed commercial terms, flagging discrepancies to Finance.
Promotions & Player Engagement
Design, launch, and evaluate promotional campaigns with providers to drive player engagement and platform activity.
Continuously expand the range of promotional tools available to operators.
Cross-functional Coordination
Serve as the go-to contact for provider-related queries, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Support Account Managers and Sales on provider-related matters.
Coordinate with Tech, Compliance, and Legal to prioritize integrations and contract execution across regulated markets.
Required Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 2 years in business development, account management, or a similar commercial role, ideally within iGaming.
Proven track record negotiating and managing provider contracts, with a clear focus on cost-efficiency and value maximization.
Solid understanding of the iGaming and online gaming landscape, including game providers, licensing, and regulatory frameworks across different jurisdictions.
Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and sustain long-term partnerships.
Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data to inform decisions and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Finance) and external partners.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage detailed reporting on partners, contracts, and market research.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
