Creative Lead
About the role
The Creative Lead at Alea will shape and lead the company’s creative vision, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand expression across all channels, projects, and teams.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this hands-on leadership role combines brand strategy, creative production, and team management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing creative concepts, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and actively supporting the team in bringing them to life.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and lead Alea’s creative vision in alignment with the company’s brand and business objectives.
Lead and develop the design team by setting clear priorities, objectives, and KPIs.
Own and evolve Alea’s brand identity, guidelines, and creative standards.
Translate Alea’s mission, vision, and values into a strong and consistent brand experience.
Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Lead exhibition booth design and production in collaboration with the Event Manager.
Lead video and photography projects, including briefing and coordinating external production partners.
Oversee thumbnail creation workflows across a portfolio of more than 23,000 games, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Act as the main creative point of contact across departments.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, suppliers, and production partners.
Contribute directly to creative execution when projects require hands-on support.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a senior creative or creative leadership role.
Experience leading and developing a design or creative team.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy and visual identity development.
Ability to translate a company’s mission, vision, and values into a cohesive brand identity.
Experience leading creative projects from initial concept to final delivery.
Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, creative performance, and data-informed decision-making.
Experience leading exhibition or trade show projects, including production and on-site execution.
Experience leading photography and video productions and coordinating external partners.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D design tools is highly valued.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach that balances strategic thinking with execution.
